The Florida Project – NYFF Review

My mind and emotions unpacked like a suitcase stuffed for a long, thrilling unpredictable adventure. A masterful and heartbreaking motion picture. As well as a vital film about poverty and a humanist portrait of all those affected. Also, I would love to emphasize how amazing the final few minutes are, and how I can’t stop thinking about it. The imagery, the visual symbolism, the acting from Brooklyn Prince and the first ever use of musical score in the movie. Just stirred and gutted, twist a knife in me already.
